Our Story
Data Wise operates a nationwide cost segregation service with over 40 years of staff experience. We have been open since 2017 and are based in Los Angeles, CA. We are a small but mighty team that always do our utmost to ensure our clients file on time and correctly with the most tax savings possible.

Bob leads the company and sales while being our resident tax guru.
Hi, I’m Bob Montes, the co-founder and CEO of Data Wise – Cost Segregation Experts.
My call to action came from 30 years’ experience as a project team builder and top producer of quality cost segregation studies.
Valuable experience I gained from prestigious firms like PwC, Ernst & Young, KPMG, RSM US and Grant Thornton along my professional experience journey.
Data Wise began and continues to operate with the same entrepreneurial drive to maximize our clients’ cash flow opportunities through cost segregation.
Being open to new ideas of serving, achieving excellence in cost segregation, marketing and broadening our ability to help you achieve independence through real estate depreciation deductions.
My belief in directly serving individuals, partnerships, companies and yes accounting firms through strategic partnerships is realized at Data Wise.
Bridget Morley, PMP
COO and Founder
Bridget directs operations and handles negotiations.
Bridget is our Senior Cost Segregation Engineer who works with our most complex Cost Segregation projects to ensure data quality and results driven business decisions. She leads product standardization, business innovation and operations.
During her early years, Bridget worked as an architectural drafts person and project estimator for commercial builders. Prior to founding Data Wise, she was an IT project manager at the Gas Company, Kaiser Permanente and Group Danone.
Bridget is a voracious reader and Netflix binge watcher. When she isn’t working, you can usually find her outdoors or reading the newest bestseller.
Dante Morley-Montes, ASCSP
Project Manager
Dante performs the bulk of the engineering work while managing projects to completion.
Dante is our Cost Segregation Engineer who runs our engineering and data modeling analysis. He spent his early career teaching English abroad and traveling extensively in China, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
Dante is a mad outdoorsman, avid reader and self-described nerd. When not at the computer, he is often backpacking or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.
